Solar Industry leaders push to overcome technical and market barriers
Apr. 23--More than 300 solar industry executives spent Earth Day at a summit dedicated to "Accelerating the Solar Economy."
The conference, at the San Ramon Valley Conference Center, was sponsored by SolarTech, an initiative of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. SolarTech is working to resolve a host of technical and market barriers, from permit requirements to costs, in hope of rapidly expanding the adoption of solar energy for residential and commercial systems.
